Based in Strathcona County and serving the Edmonton area, we are fully licensed and insured and carry WCB coverage for our team. Our Story
Kel’s journey in renovation and construction began early. After he and his brother wrestled each other into the walls enough times, he started to learn how to do various repairs before his parents found out. At 14 years old, he took on his first project: a partial renovation of his parents’ basement. What started as a personal challenge quickly grew into a passion. Over the years, Kel honed his skills through summer framing jobs, managing larger renovation projects, flipping homes, and working with established renovation companies. With a lifetime of hands-on experience, Kel brings deep industry knowledge, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic to every project.
While he always enjoyed the work, he realized that many contractors in the industry have a different vision on how to treat customers. Kel envisioned a company that prioritized honest advice, transparent pricing and ethical business practices.
Now in full swing, Full Scope Construction is a small but experienced and skilled team of genuine people. The team members are personable, respectful, easy to work with, and ready to help.

Meet the Team
Kel
I provide assessments, quotes, materials, and scheduling and am a problem solver. If you have any questions or concerns about your job, I’m your man. I enjoy my dogs, and my passion is my family. I got into construction because I like helping people and feel a real sense of pride seeing the fruits of my labour.
James
An avid fisherman, James will go ice fishing, river fishing, or lake fishing. If you could fish in a bathtub, he would do it. Married with a lovely wife and now a child on the way(!), his faith and family are very important to him. Eager to continue to take on challenges and paying great attention to detail, make James a great member of our team.
Parker
Parker is someone who has always loved working with his hands, whether renovating homes or repairing something that is not working. He likes to stay active outside and brings the same focus and energy to every project, ensuring the job is done right. In the words of Parker, “Let’s build something great!”
Melony
Melony wears many hats, helping out with safety, HR and admin and is as helpful as they come. You may hear from her from time to time for many reasons. Melony enjoys living out at the lake with her husband, spending time with her family and grandchildren, and even doing little workshops with neighbours’ kids.
